Disability Rights?

Okay, what am I to do? I mean, there is no enforcement officer in sight. I am stymied...that guy doesn't even have a permit! He is parked in the space that I am entitled to...

If you can get your body on top of that sign...you don't need the 'handicapped' spot:~) Does it ever make you crazy when you see people parking in those spots, and they 'bounce out of their car, with a spring to their step, and you just wonder, if it's really their placard...or someone elses?

great sense of humor there Ralph. I hate the seagulls because they just make a mess wherever they are. I live in a beach town and there are more gulls than people sometimes.

sometimes you can't see a person's disability. like when i had my lung removed i could not walk far, but i could walk. so i try to give people the benefit of the doubt. but sometimes it is hard i'll admit!

(hi ralph!)

Hmmmm...maybe he thinks just being a seagull is a disability itself. Or maybe he thinks he's a watchbird just making sure no able bodied person takes the spot. Ya just never know...
