Ruby Tuesday - Condiments
Ruby Tuesday arrives as we search for the many hues of ruby red. High or low, near or far, we scan the nearest horizon.
Today it is a nice Italian eatery. You might think of the red tomatoes on the bruschetta or the marinara on the side dish of penne. You would be right, but that seems almost too easy. Looking further, I spotted a server’s tray with the familiar bottles of oil and vinegar. The spout for the oil, the wine vinegar and the brick round out the rubies of this meal.
