Shadow Shot Sunday - Icy shadows in the Spring

Shadow Shot Sunday 2 compels us to seek interesting lighting in any place or season - and we happily comply. Here is in Bacon Falls, CT alongside Main Street. It may be Spring, but the shadowy lighting means that despite lots of sun, it has not allowed the last vestiges of the preceding Winter to yet melt away. Be they dark or light, shadows add a complex artistry to many a scene...

I appreciate the complex artistry you share with us today--light and shadow intermingled.

Happy Easter!

Beuatiful as winter turns to spring. Great icy shadows.

Isn't it surprising how it takes so much longer for ice to melt in the shadows than in the sunshine. Yes, I understand why but still it surprises me when I actually see it. ;)

The image on the left is ah-mazing! Spring and warm weather is coming your way and I'm sure no one could be happier about that than you!

Have a Blessed Easter.

Such pretty falls of water over those beautiful rocks. The version on the left could almost be a black and white.
