Ruby Tuesday - Parade route rubies

Red, white & blue bunting
Old fire trucks...

Dr. Seuss' creation...

Remembering why the day exists
Ruby Tuesday 2 returns - I missed last Monday's post as I was at the Memorial Day parade in our neighboring small city of Derby CT. There are obviously lots of ruby red at a parade, and I captured a mix of those rubies...a bit eclectic in that they are not related to each other as subjects but in hue - always on the lookout for a favorite color at RT2!

Thing 1 and Thing 2 is like last weekend here, but the reference to the WW II Bomber group is familial memory, thanks.

Few things are more appropriate for a Ruby Tuesday than a vintage fire truck. Well done! Parades are a great source for blog photos and material.
Thank you for stopping by Driller's Place and have a wonderful RT2.

Parades are great venues for finding lots of reds, which you certainly did!
