We look for reds all over for Ruby Tuesday Too - sometimes in restaurants. Here is a grilled vegetable entree. Mostly in a green hue (asparagus, eggplant, zucchini and olive oil), the topping of the roasted peppers adds the requisite ruby. Good looking - and good eating too:)

Leap year is a rare event, so I am happy to participate! Today is a picture from a few summers ago. A simple pleasure is a charcoal goal with the fire around the hardwood a glowing orange, the perfect heat to grill. Here is is pork tenderloin slices, marinated in lime juice, garlic, peppercorns, olive oil and crushed red pepper. The Portuguese bread was coated with oil and grilled.
