Ruby Tuesday 2 today takes us on a Sunday drive for a spot of ice cream. We drove into the country to Billy's Ice cream in Bethany Connecticut, perhaps 25-30 minutes from Ansonia along two-lane Route 63. A place with a hint of charm, and with hints of ruby to offer a desert after the desert (I had Moose Tracks, and it was delicious. Butterfat in moderation is all that's needed :).....Patti even wrote about it in her New Haven Register blog View From the Valley and her continuing series of local places for ice cream and even took a picture of the trio of treats. I ought to lose some weight - but not today...

ice cream, yea!
The ice cream place looks inviting. I am easily tempted, especially in summer, to eat more ice than I ought to. Much good comfort in a Snickers ice!
Love the design of those chair backs! Cute chairs and tables! No icecream for me in this winter weather, but, in summer, it's a different matter!
Thanks for stopping by Driller's Place. I could spend an afternoon at that little corner table, sampling each of the frozen flavors on a hot summer day. I can lose the weight another day.
An ice cream shoppe is my favorite place to spend a little of a summer afternoon.
And, summertime, with all the frozen goodies to eat is NOT the time to think about losing weight. :))
I have two posts linked this time....so much red in nearly all my posts.
We have a quaint ice cream shop here that is on the water...we just love it. When I could eat ice cream I loved Moose Tracks!!! Now I have to convince myself that I hate it because its not good for my cholesterol ;(
Me and my brother love ice cream!
Your comment on my Ruby Post will make me so much happy. Please come and see.
Ice cream? Oh yum.
Oh!! I LOVE ice cream...and I love that little table and chairs in your picture.
I have a ruby post this time too!
Billy would have my business on this hot, hot day!
